Cancellation and Refund Policy
Arsha Yoga Peetham will do its best to maintain its standard of never cancelling a retreat, but if for some unforeseen reason a retreat has to be cancelled, your booking payment will be either completely refunded or can be used as an advance for a retreat at a later date. The decision is with the participant.
Payment of your advance deposit indicates your agreement to this payment & refund policy.
In case of cancellation by the applicant:
If full fee is paid it will not be refunded but can be – depending on the reasons for the cancellation – adjusted towards a future retreat.
All bookings require an advance payment of 100 US$ to secure a seat in the retreat. The payment of the registration advance fee can be done through bank transfer or Western Union.
1) For cancellations made more than 45 days prior to retreat start date, 100% of your deposit payment can be applied to another retreat in future.
2) For cancellations made between 45 and 31 days prior to the retreat start date, 50% of your deposit payment may be applied to another retreat.
3) If you cancel 30 days or less before your retreat start date, you will forfeit your entire advance payment of 100 US$.
We do not offer credit for arriving late or leaving early.
